William Kirkman passed away Sunday January 10, 2016 at Reid Hospital in Richmond, IN, after a long illness.  He is survived by his wife Jean, daughter Zina Hall (Randy), stepson Jim Mills (Cheryl), stepdaughter Lynn Guthrie (Tom), step grandchildren Gabe Price (Kelly),   Jaimie Stafford (Jason),  Devon Price (Brittini),  Christian Ruggles (Casey),  Samantha Price (Kory),  Travis Mills (Jennie) and his dog Noel.

Private memorial services will be held.
